New Client Policy:

A one time credit card hold will be required to reserve your future appointment(s). In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice via email or phone. Your card will not be charged if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours. If canceling less than 24 hours in advance, Style Points Salon reserves the right to charge your authorized card 50% of the service scheduled. If you no-call, no-show to your first appointment booked at Style Points Salon you will not be able to book an appointment with us in the future.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment or you need to make any changes to your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 business hours in advance. After 3 same day cancellations and/or missed appointments, you will not be able to pre-book your appointments at Style Points Salon.

 

We understand running late to an appointment can also happen, in the event that you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to fulfill the service scheduled. 

 

Product Return Policy:

We will gladly accept returns on hair products within 90 days for a full refund in the original form of payment. Returns without a receipt within 90 days will be returned in the form of store credit. Returns for any hot tools will be accepted only if defective within 6 months of purchasing. After the 6 months, tools will be covered by manufacturer warranty for one year. All sales final on discontinued products.

  

Returned Check Policy

We require a 10 day waiting period for credit for purchases made with a check. A $20 fee will be charged if a check is returned.

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Style Points Salon strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the hair service you received, we ask that you please contact the salon within 3 days of your appointment. Explain all of your concerns, as well as your comfort level of seeing your original stylist, and the front desk will be happy to assist you.
