Product Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on hair products within 90 days for store credit with a receipt. Returns for blow dryers and irons will be accepted only if defective within 6 months of purchasing. After the 6 months, tools will be covered by manufacturer warranty for one year. All sales final on discontinued products.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment or you need to make any changes to your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 48 business hours in advance. After 3 same day cancellations and/or missed appointments, we request that you call for appointments on the same day.

 

 

 

Returned Check Policy

We require a 10 day waiting period for credit for purchases made with a check. A $20 fee will be charged if a check is returned.

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Style Points Salon strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the hair service you received, we ask that you please contact the salon within 3 days of your appointment. Explain all of your concerns, as well as your comfort level of seeing your original stylist, and the front desk will be happy to assist you.
